Do I need a reservation even if it is only me playing?
We strongly recommend everyone to make a reservation which requires a contact name, phone number, the date you are playing, the number of rental players and the number of self equipped players.
What if I need to make a reservation for 10 or more rental players?
To reserve rental equipment for 10 players or more also requires a non-refundable deposit of $10 per player. Should you need to reschedule/cancel this reservation, your deposit may be refunded if canceled 7 days or more in advance. Cancellation less than 7 days in advance results in forfeiture of the $10 per person deposit.
What time should I show up?
If you have a reservation and show up to the field between 8:45am and 9:30am, we will have the rental equipment and admission held for you. We have limited quantities of equipment. If someone does not have a reservation, shows up late, or is self equipped but needs to rent 1 piece of equipment and we are at capacity, there may not be spaces or equipment for these individuals. RESERVATIONS ARE HELD UNTIL 9:30am.
What if I show up after 9:30am?
There is no guarantee of equipment or admission spaces after 9:30am. Equipment and admission are distributed on a first come, first serve basis after 9:30am. Showing up after 9:30am may result in a delay in getting you started. We will not take any sign ins after 12pm noon.
Do you offer any package deals?
Rental packages are $45 per person and include the admission, use of the rental equipment, all day air fills and 500 paintballs.
Self equipped packages are $35 per person and include the admission and all day air fills.
There is no half day pricing. Everyone pays the same price no matter what time you show up.
Do you offer a group discount?
No, we do not offer any group discounts or special pricing.
What should I wear when I play paintball?
Our field does not provide any clothing for rental or self equipped players. We encourage players to wear old, comfortable clothing such as old jeans or sweats and a long sleeve shirt or shirts. Some people wear sweatshirts or long sleeve t-shirts . Also, we encourage people to wear hiking boots or cleats or tennis shoes as well as baseball hats turned backwards to protect the back of the head.
I am bringing some players under 18, can I just sign everyone's waiver?
The minimum age to play at our field is 10 years old. Players under the age of 18, are required to have their parents sign their waiver. If parents will not be present on the day of play they may print a waiver from our website and send it signed with their child. We cannot accept another parent signing for the kids or a note.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards as well as cash.
I am interested in renting out the field for my group only. What does this take?
The only time we are open during the week is for a private party of 20 or more. This requires an advance reservation and non-refundable deposit of $10 per player. During a private event all players (self equipped and rental) must shoot paint purchased from our field. The hours for a private event are flexible to suit your needs but cannot exceed 6 hours. If you had a group of 45 on a Saturday or Sunday, we would be able to keep the day closed and open for your group only. This requires a non-refundable deposit and an advance reservation to coordinate all details. During the winter season (starting November 1 up until May 1) we can do private events with 40 players on the weekend. All players (rental and self equipped) are required to shoot paint from our field on the day of the private event.
Should you need to reschedule/cancel a private group reservation, your deposit may be refunded if canceled 7 days or more in advance. Cancellation less than 7 days in advance results in forfeiture of the $10 per person deposit.

I left a message and emailed. When should I expect to hear back from you?
Phone calls and emails are returned within 48 hours (in most cases, we try for sooner). If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please call us again. Sometimes cell phone connections make it hard to hear all of the numbers to your number or maybe we did not get your area code.
I am not playing but will be spending the day at your field. Is there anything to do? Where can I sit?
There are a few picnic tables but are limited. They are first come first serve so there is no guarantee of having one. If you have people that are not going to play they can sit at a table but will not be able to see the action on the field. The field is enclosed in netting for safety purposes and is not visible from the parking lot area. If your group is not able to get a picnic table, you can always store drinks/food in your vehicle. The parking lot and picnic benches are in the same area. All property in the area is private so we do not encourage anyone to explore.
